NOVUS RETREAT: AUGUST 19-21st, 2024

Move in early and build a friend group on campus before school even starts! The NOVUS retreat is a chance to root your college experience in faith and friendship. Explore the city, meet other Penn Students, and get to know your home away from home--the Penn Newman Center. You must register for NOVUS by the end of July in order to be approved for early move-in. Dates will likely be August 19-21st, and will be confirmed shortly.

Newman Center Hours

Come to study, pray or meet people anytime between 7am-11pm. Office hours for staff are between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Located at 111 S 38th St, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Take a Tour

You are welcome to visit the Newman Center any time, even before you officially arrive at Penn! We have a 12:05pm Mass every weekday, and our campus ministers and student leaders would be happy to give you a tour whenever you’re free to come by. To schedule a tour, contact our campus minister, Jule, at jcoppa@saintsaj.org

Contact Our FOCUS Missionaries

We have a special team of fun and fresh FOCUS missionaries who are here to accompany you as you pursue your faith. The missionaries run Bible studies, mentorship, and they just love hanging out and having fun!

This year we are blessed with a team of five missionaries led by team director Emily Cimmino. If you are interested in meeting the mishes or joining a study, email Emily at emily.cimmino@focus.org.
