A Time To Remember.
Join us Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 for our annual Founder’s Night.
It’s a night to remember our past, appreciate our present, and look with eyes of faith to our future. We come together every February in the month that Timothy Harrington and his friends met for the first Newman Club meeting in the country. There’s touches of what that first night looked like: oysters, lemonade, cigars…so please consider joining us on this Founder’s Night, with the Newman Center entering it’s 125th Year.
The Details
A $5 dinner will begin at 6:30pm in the lower level of the Church.
There is a short program at 7:00pm, followed by cigars on the front lawn. If you wish to smoke a cigar, note that they will not be provided, so please bring your own. If you are an undergraduate, we ask that you read this before participating.
